By downloading, installing, registering for, signing in to, accessing, or using SaySum, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

SaySum is an AI-assisted application that may provide the following features:

• voice-to-text transcription,
• AI-generated summaries,
• AI question-and-answer functions,
• and other related features that may be introduced in the future.

We may also add visual or image-related AI features in the future. Unless otherwise stated, such features will also be governed by these Terms.

Certain features of the Service may require account registration or sign-in.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service and, where applicable, to keep your account information up to date.

If we reasonably determine that any of the following circumstances applies, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your use of the Service:
