Security and Abuse Prevention

To protect the service, prevent abuse, and maintain system reliability, we may process limited technical data such as IP address, request timestamps, and basic request metadata (for example, request path and response status).

This information is used solely for security monitoring, rate limiting, abuse detection, and temporary blocking of malicious or invalid requests. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

Where possible, such data is retained only for a limited period and access is restricted to authorized personnel for security and operational purposes.

We store and process limited user data solely to enable account functionality, access control, usage tracking, subscription management, security monitoring, and abuse prevention.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health data or precise location data for app operation. We may process limited technical information (such as IP address and basic request metadata) for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.


2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party authentication providers (such as Apple or Google sign-in services) to manage user access. These providers handle login credentials according to their own privacy policies.

Voice and text data are processed on our own secure servers to provide the app’s AI features. User content is not shared with external AI providers for inference and is used only for processing the requested features. Uploaded data is automatically deleted after processing and is not retained.


3. User Rights

Users can delete their account at any time via the account settings page within the app.
